An Arabic site is not an English site with the words swapped. The layout mirrors, the typography changes, and the database has to hold the text without turning it into question marks after the first restore. The .ae namespace is administered by aeDA, the .ae Domain Administration, which sits under the TDRA. A plain .ae is open to register. The restricted second levels, .gov.ae, .ac.ae, .sch.ae and .mil.ae, are held back for organisations that qualify for them, and there is an Arabic-script equivalent of the country code as well.

If the .ae you need is not in that catalogue, register it through an accredited .ae registrar and point its nameservers at your ElySpace account. Nothing about your hosting changes, and you keep the registration wherever it suits your licence paperwork.

The dirham is not on that list today, so a UAE-issued card is charged in the currency you pick and your bank shows the AED equivalent on the statement. Confirm the figure at checkout before you approve it.
ElySpace runs in more than one region and the right one depends on where your readers and your buyers are, not on where your licence was issued. Ask before you order and we will name the region for your account in writing. If a contract obliges you to keep data inside the UAE, raise it at that point rather than after the migration.
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 sets the federal personal data protection framework. Companies licensed inside DIFC or ADGM fall under those free zones' own data protection laws instead. Which applies to you follows your licence, not your server. Read our privacy policy and ask for a processing agreement if your compliance team wants one on file.
The TDRA oversees the UAE's telecommunications and digital government sector, the .ae namespace through aeDA, and the country's internet access management policy. It does not license web hosts based outside the UAE, so no overseas provider can hand you a TDRA approval certificate. Treat anyone who offers one with suspicion.
Every order produces an invoice you can download at any time from the client area at my.elyspace.com. Put your company name, trade licence number and free zone or mainland address into the billing profile before you place the order and they appear on the document itself.
The UAE moved to a Monday to Friday working week in 2022, with Friday running short. Our live chat and ticket queue do not keep that calendar, or any other: they are staffed every day of the week, so a Saturday incident is not a Monday problem.
