Our commitment

ElySpace IT Services LLP wants everyone to be able to use our website and our services, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text or higher contrast, or use any other assistive technology.

We are not there yet. This statement says what we are aiming for, where we currently stand, and how to reach us if something on our site does not work for you.

The standard we are working towards

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. That is the standard most widely used and most widely referred to by regulators in the countries where we operate.

We are not claiming that our site conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA today. This is a statement of what we are working towards, not a conformance claim.

Where we are today

On 18 September 2026 we ran an automated check of ten key pages of elyspace.com, including the home page, product pages, domain search, the contact page and our chat page, against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA using the axe accessibility engine. What it found is listed under Known limitations below.

Automated tools find only some kinds of accessibility problems. A page that passes them can still be hard to use, which is why we want to hear from you if something does not work.

What this statement covers

This statement covers:

  • elyspace.com Our main website, including our product, blog and policy pages.
  • my.elyspace.com Our client area and billing system. This runs on WHMCS, third-party software, so what we can change there is limited. Where we cannot fix something ourselves we will raise it with the supplier and tell you what we can do to help in the meantime.
  • magizai.com and the MagizAI chat widget as we ship it to customers’ websites.

It does not cover websites built by our customers on our hosting. Those are our customers’ own sites and they are responsible for them.

The MagizAI chat widget and the client area at my.elyspace.com were not part of that automated check.

Known limitations

These are the problems the automated check found. We are working through them.

  • Colour contrast. On eight of the ten pages checked, some text does not have enough contrast with its background, mostly small grey text, text on coloured bands and text over images. It can be hard to read for people with low vision.
  • Links identified only by colour. On our ready-made websites page, some links inside paragraphs are distinguished from the surrounding text by colour alone.

Our chat page had no problems the automated check could detect.

Tell us if you have trouble using our site

If any part of our website or our services is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. We want to know, and we will help you get what you came for while we fix the underlying problem.

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you can. We will acknowledge your message within 24 hours and aim to tell you what we are going to do about it within 15 days, the same timeframes we use for grievances.

If you cannot complete something on our site because of an accessibility barrier (buying a plan, opening a ticket, cancelling a service), contact us and we will do it with you or for you.

Browsers and assistive technology

Our automated check ran in Chromium, the engine behind Chrome and Edge. We will add results for other browsers and for screen readers here as we test with them.

If you are not satisfied with our response

Tell us first. We would rather fix it. If we do not respond, or you are not happy with our response, you can take it further. If you are in India you can also use our formal grievance route: see Grievance Redressal in our Terms of Service.

Wherever you are, you can also contact the public body responsible for disability or equality rights in your country.

When we will review this statement

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make a significant change to our website. It was last reviewed on 18 September 2026. The next review is due by September 2027.

An accessibility statement with no date on it is not worth much. If the date above is more than a year old, please tell us.
